Delivery:
The rental items will be delivered to the address specified above by the customer. The customer grants Good Tymes Party Rentals the right to enter the property for delivery and subsequent pickup of the items at the specified time. The customer is responsible for and authorized to use the rental items only at the address listed above.

Inspection:
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the rental items prior to their use and to notify Good Tymes Party Rentals of any defects.
Replacement of Non-Functioning Rental Property:
If the rental property becomes unsafe or is in disrepair for any reason, the customer agrees to discontinue its use and notify Good Tymes Party Rentals which will repair or replace the defective property with items in good working order, if available, and if the defect is the result of normal use.
No Warranty:
No warranty is given against evident or hidden defects in material, workmanship, or capacity. Good Tymes Party Rentals is not the manufacturer of the property, nor the agent thereof. All chairs are capable of supporting ONLY 250 pounds. Good Tymes Party Rentals is not responsible for any damage, injury, harm, or death resulting from equipment malfunction.
Hold Harmless Agreement:
The customer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Good Tymes Party Rentals or its agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages to property, bodily injury (including death), and expenses of every kind resulting from the customer’s actions, negligent or otherwise.
Return of Equipment, Damage, Theft, and Loss:
The customer will be asked for their credit card information upon pickup of rental items. In the event that any rental items are damaged or missing. Good Tymes Party Rentals is authorized to charge the customer’s credit card should such damages or missing items occur.
Harsh Weather and Associated Risks:
Good Tymes Party Rentals shall have the right to remove any or all rental items from outdoor premises in the event of inclement weather that threatens the damage of said rental items. If the customer requests that equipment not be removed against the judgment of Good Tymes Party Rentals, such request will only be honored with a written agreement that the customer assumes all replacement costs in the event of ruined property. Good Tymes Party Rentals retains the right to make the final decision regarding any threats to the rental items. The customer assumes all weather-related risks involved in holding an outdoor event.
Permits and Licenses:
The customer is responsible for obtaining any and all necessary permits, licenses, and other consents prior to the delivery of rental items.
Delivery and Setup:
The customer agrees that delivery and setup are two separate services. Delivery refers to the rental items being delivered to the address listed above at the agreed-upon date and time. Setup must be arranged prior to the delivery date. The customer agrees to have the setup site free and clear of all obstacles prior to arrival. If no arrangements are made and setup is desired on the delivery date, Good Tymes Party Rentals will try to accommodate the request after quoting the extra charge for last-minute changes or services.
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the delivery date. The customer is responsible for payment in full if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the delivery date.
